Detection principle:
Ammonia nitrogen:Ammonia nitrogen, which exists in the form of free ammonia or ammonium ions, reacts with Nessler's reagent to form a yellow brown complex. The absorbance of this complex is proportional to the ammonia nitrogen content and is measured at a wavelength of 420nm. After calculation by the microcomputer chip, the ammonia nitrogen content (mg/L) is directly displayed.
Nitrous nitrogen:Add alkaline persulfate to the sample to generate a brownish yellow complex, which converts nitrogen in the sample into nitrate nitrogen. Under strong acidic conditions, measure the absorbance of nitrate nitrogen at 410nm. After calculation by the microcomputer chip, the nitrate nitrogen content (mg/L) is directly displayed.
Nitrous nitrogen:In a phosphoric acid medium with a pH value of 1.8 ± 0.3, nitrite reacts with p-aminobenzenesulfonamide to form diazonium salts, which are then coupled with N - (1-naphthyl) - ethylenediamine to form a red dye. The absorbance is measured by spectrophotometry, and the nitrite content (mg/L) is directly displayed after processing and calculation by a microcomputer chip.
